SHIPPING

We ship to the Continental US by FedEx, and to Canada by USPS. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours after payment has cleared. Tracking confirmation will be sent to your email address once your order has shipped. Your package will be fully insured at no extra charge to you--we cover all insurance fees out of our own pocket. We do this to give our customers added peace of mind.

All of our purses are packed in a 3-stage process where the purse is wrapped in a layer of tissue, enclosed in dustbag and reinforced with rigid cardboard, then finally sealed in an outer plastic bag to guarantee the best possible protection.

Note to customers in Canada: We ship Canada orders via USPS, and customs duties may be applicable. Customs duties are Canada government taxes levied on goods acquired from international trade, and as such, this tax is entirely out of our control. Please contact your local post office branch to determine if customs duties apply to your shipment, and if so, please note that you are fully responsible for paying these taxes, which will be collected by the Canada Post upon delivery.

RETURNS

Our no-hassle return policy ensures that you will purchase from us with complete confidence. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment to notify us that you would like to return your purchase. We process refunds on returned orders upon receiving and inspecting the merchandise. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable and it is the customer's responsibility to cover shipping charges back to us. We take great care in the packaging and delivery of your item, so we ask and require that the returned items are in unused and original condition with all tags and original packaging.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges only for items that are defective on arrival. In the rare event that you receive any defective items, we will exchange them with identical replacements. We cover shipping one-way (from us to you) on defective exchanges. Sorry, but we do not offer warranty for damages inflicted on the product after you have received it.
